Nissan Leaf Connect-type Audio/Navigation Unit Japanese to English Conversion via SD card
to suit EVs Enhanced Program Versions 203 & 255

This procedure can only be completed with the AV unit fitted to the vehicle. This update process only applies to the following Connect Audio Navigation Units:

1. Make sure you have completed the previous 'Data collection before update' instructions before proceeding with these instructions and have received an SD card pre-prepared for your conversion.

2. Confirm the audio unit's GPS is plugged in (small blue connector on the back of the audio unit). If a band expander is fitted inline with the lower grey connector then it must be removed.

Press the OPEN/TILT button in the lower right corner of the display. Remove the small plastic protection cover and eject the fitted SD card (if fitted) by pushing it inwards lightly then releasing . You'll notice the card will pop out and can then be removed. Insert your new supplied card by pushing it in carefully till it clicks into place then refit the small plastic cover and press OPEN/TILT to close the display.
